About us

We focus on quality, eco sourced native plants from all over the Coast. We can travel to collect seed and we can help with planning and supply for wetland and riparian projects, large private gardens, Mine restoration plans and any other horticultural ventures.

We grow in many different grades, from the smallest revegetation and Growing-on Lines (GoLs) up to specimen grade 45l forest giants for commemorative plantings.

We have a wide range of landscaping and amenity plants, well suited to the many different microclimates here on the Coast, and we can source rare and unusual species unique to here.

We are happy to work with Conservation organisations such as Trees That Count, The Nature Conservancy and Conservation Volunteers.

Come and have a look

inside the cave, with its glow worms and penguins and admire the impressive bush-clad sea stacks.  The Cave House itself is part of the coal mining history of Ngakawau and the Stockton Coalfields – it was built in 1915 as the Mine Manager’s residence and is slowly being restored.  Wander around 2 hectares of landscapred vegetable gardens, orchards, and native and sub-tropical gardens
